MassDel is a platform that facilitates bookings between shippers(customers) that need to transport goods and carriers (drivers) with available loads. Contrary to traditional freight brokers that still rely on manual processes (e.g., telephone, email or faxes), MassDel utilizes advanced software to automatically match shippers and carriers.  

 How can I use the platform?

•  You can access the MassDel delivery service through our App, right after downloading the application from google play and registering, you can place any order. Or,

• You can place delivery order by contacting our call center by calling 7691 to place order on your behalf.

     Does MassDel have customer care service and how do I contact customer support?

•   MassDel can handle your loads, from Motorbikes, Mini-Van, standard pickup trucks, large pickup  trucks, cargo vans, Mid- trucks, Isuzu and dump trucks to Straight trucks with lift gates.

 How do I pay for MassDel?

• You can pay in Cash, from the app wallet or credit card for ASAP delivery and you can bank  deposit for scheduled delivery (Additional payment solution). After the job is complete, we will charge you based on the vehicle type, total amount of time it took, and distance covered to complete the job.

 Can I track my MassDel delivery in real-time?

•   Yes, MassDel gives you real-time tracking on every delivery. Once your delivery is submitted and accepted, you will be able to track your order on a live map throughout our platform (<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.massdel.customer&amp;hl=en&amp;gl=US">mobile  application</a> or <a href="https://customer.massdel.com">web-based access </a>).

Can I ride in a MassDel vehicle with the driver?

•   MassDel drivers are not obliged to take passengers in principle. So, it’s totally up to you,     customers and the driver to agree on. No liability and responsibility for any damage and loss     whatsoever happened will be attached to MassDel and its employees.

Where is MassDel available?

•   MassDel is currently working only in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are rapidly expanding, to learn  more about our locations or to suggest we come to your hometown, please Check here often for the  latest list of cities we serve.

 How long does a delivery take?

•   On average, it takes less than 10- minutes in between the moment when the order is placed and the moment the service provider (driver) arrives. The delivery time can vary depending on the distance and quantity of the product that needs to be delivered. (Note that this is for the ASAP   delivery order).
•   There is also scheduled delivery, once you place your order the service provider will arrive on time for the delivery.

 How do I order?

•   Enter the pick-up and drop-off location you want the product to be delivered. 
•   Enter all the information about the product or goods to be delivered 
•   Select the delivery type, (ASAP or scheduled delivery)  
•   Select vehicle type and place your order and wait confirmation form service provider
•   Once your order is submitted, A nearby MassDel driver will accept your order and head to the pickup destination. Throughout the delivery, we’ll keep you notified through notification  confirmations. We’ll include your driver's contact information so you can reach them at any time. 
•   Once your package is delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation notification including signature  verification. You will have the ability to rate and review your experience at the end of each  delivery.

 What Service Types does MassDel offer?  

•  <strong>ASAP:</strong> Deliveries will be completed in the absolute quickest manner possible, with exact timing dependent on delivery distance and time of day. 
• <strong>Scheduled Delivery:</strong> delivery will be completed according to the time and date  scheduled.

How do I create an account?

• After downloading the application from <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.massdel.customer&amp;hl=en&amp;gl=US">google play</a>, install the app in your phone and if you do not have an account click "create account”; by registering your phone number and by filling all the relevant  information you can create an account and use our service.
